How long have you been in the sports equipment business?

We’ve been in the sports reselling business since 2014.

It all started when I coached my son at the YMCA as a young athlete—and I fell in love with the idea of helping kids get geared up with affordable, quality equipment.

How long will shipping take?

Once payment is made, your item will be shipped within 48 hours.

If it’s a long holiday weekend, it will ship the next business day.

Once it’s handed off to the postal service, delivery times may vary (we can’t control how long the Pony Express takes to get it there!).

Note: We only ship within the United States.

What condition is the used equipment in?

Most of our gear is used, but all items are guaranteed playable.

Each product is carefully inspected before being listed. If we spot any abnormalities, they’ll be clearly mentioned in the item description.

The most common issue is missing grip tape on bats – an easy fix!

Can I return or exchange a product?

If you’re unhappy with your item, please contact us first before sending it back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless we made a mistake.

Once we receive the original item, we can issue a refund or exchange.

If we overlooked something—like a rattling composite bat or a glove with torn laces—we will cover all return shipping costs.

How do I determine a player’s glove size?

Glove sizing isn’t just about age—every child is different.

We recommend visiting a sporting goods store (like Big 5 or Dick’s) and having your player try on a few gloves. Even if they’re stiff, this gives a good idea of what size feels comfortable.
