The exclusive LS-2X composite is Louisville’s own blend of thinner, high-strength graphite fibers that let the designers use more layers of composite in the barrel, giving the 2013 Xeno added strength while reducing overall wall thickness. The S1iD system used in the Xeno barrel is unmatched by competitors softball bats. An aluminum disc inside the Xeno barrel gives this fastpitch bat a larger sweet spot and crisp, clean sound when the softball is hit. The 2013 Xeno minus 10 ounce has a balanced weight distribution, allowing easy, controlled swinging.
